Smoked Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese Chilled
  • Original Rub Recipe

Instructions

  • Generously coat all sides with K Krew Bbq original rub
  • Place in small cast iron skillet
  • Score the top of the Philadelphia Cream Cheese with lattice pattern
  • Smoke for 90-120 minutes at 235F
  • Serve with Nabisco brand Big Wheat thins and a pepper bacon jelly

Goes great with Hot Pepper Bacon Jam on a Big Wheat Thin Cracker.
