Ingredients

  • 3 large russet potatoes washed and cut into 8 wedges each

  • 2-3 tbsp K Krew BBQ Original Rub

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil and K Krew BBQ Original Rub until evenly coated.
  • Transfer the seasoned potato wedges to a sheet pan, spreading them out in a single layer for even cooking.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the wedges are browned and crisp. Toss the potatoes halfway through the cooking time to ensure even roasting.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve hot.
