Smoked Pork Belly with K Krew BBQ Rub
Ingredients
- K Krew BBQ Original Rub
- Pork belly
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or smoker to 300°F. For the best flavor, use apple or cherry wood.
- Generously coat the pork belly with K Krew BBQ Original Rub, ensuring an even layer on all sides.
- Place the pork belly on the grill or smoker and smoke at 300°F for the first hour.
- After the first hour, increase the temperature to 350°F. When the internal temperature of the pork belly reaches 165°F, loosely wrap it in tin foil with the top side vented (opened) to allow steam to escape. Continue cooking until the pork belly reaches an internal temperature of 200°F.
- Once done, remove the pork belly from the smoker and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving.
- Enjoy this tender, smoky pork belly as the star of your next BBQ feast!
