
Roasted Veggies with K Krew BBQ Rub
Ingredients
- Fresh vegetables of your choice (e.g., broccoli, cauliflower, acorn squash, peppers, onions, mushrooms, summer squash)
- Olive oil (or oil of choice)
- K Krew BBQ Original Rub
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Wash and cut the vegetables into medium-sized pieces, approximately 1 to 1 ½ inches in size.
- Place the cut vegetables into a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil (or your preferred oil) and toss to coat evenly.
- Generously sprinkle K Krew BBQ Original Rub over the vegetables, ensuring an even coating.
- Spread the seasoned vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the vegetables reach your desired level of doneness. Stir halfway through cooking for even roasting.
