Oven-Roasted Potato Wedges with K Krew BBQ Rub
Ingredients
- 3 large russet potatoes washed and cut into 8 wedges each
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2-3 tbsp K Krew BBQ Original Rub
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil and K Krew BBQ Original Rub until evenly coated.
- Transfer the seasoned potato wedges to a sheet pan, spreading them out in a single layer for even cooking.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the wedges are browned and crisp. Toss the potatoes halfway through the cooking time to ensure even roasting.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve hot.
