Instructions

  • Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
  • Grind 3 tablespoons of K Krew BBQ Original Rub into a finer consistency using a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
  • Dust the chicken wings generously with the finely ground K Krew BBQ Rub, ensuring an even coating on all sides.
  • Place the wings in the smoker and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (approximately 1.5–2 hours).
  • While the wings are smoking, prepare your fries. Once cooked, season the fries with a light dusting of K Krew BBQ Rub for added flavor.
  • Remove the wings from the smoker and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
