Instructions

  • Preheat your smoker to 250°F. Use your preferred wood chips for smoking (apple or cherry wood pairs well with salmon).
  • Generously coat the salmon fillet with K Krew BBQ Original Rub, ensuring an even layer across the surface.
  • Place the salmon fillet in the smoker and smoke for 90-120 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove the salmon from the smoker and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
