

Smoked Pork Loin Sliders
Ingredients
- Pork loin
- K Krew BBQ Original Rub
- Kings Hawaiian rolls
- Thinly sliced red onion
- Pickles
- Your favorite BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker or grill to 225°F. Use apple or cherry wood for a delicious smoky flavor.
- Generously coat the pork loin with K Krew BBQ Original Rub, ensuring an even layer on all sides.
- Place the pork loin in the smoker and smoke until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Once the pork loin reaches 145°F, remove it from the smoker and let it rest in foil for 30 minutes.
- After resting, thinly slice the pork loin.
- Serve the sliced pork on Kings Hawaiian rolls, topped with thinly sliced red onion, pickles, and a dab of your favorite BBQ sauce.
