Instructions

- Generously coat the salmon fillet with K Krew BBQ Original Rub, ensuring an even layer across the surface.
- Place the salmon fillet in the smoker and smoke for 90-120 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the smoker and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
