Ingredients

  • Pork loin
  • K Krew BBQ Original Rub
  • Kings Hawaiian rolls
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • Pickles
  • Your favorite BBQ sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your smoker or grill to 225°F. Use apple or cherry wood for a delicious smoky flavor.
  • Generously coat the pork loin with K Krew BBQ Original Rub, ensuring an even layer on all sides.
  • Place the pork loin in the smoker and smoke until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  • Once the pork loin reaches 145°F, remove it from the smoker and let it rest in foil for 30 minutes.
  • After resting, thinly slice the pork loin.
  • Serve the sliced pork on Kings Hawaiian rolls, topped with thinly sliced red onion, pickles, and a dab of your favorite BBQ sauce.
